Thank you for shopping with Heart of Creation LLC. Because many of our items are handmade, customized, or created to order, all sales are considered final. Please read the policy below carefully.

All Sales Are Final!

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

If approved, a replacement will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses entered by customers
• Delays caused by USPS, DHL, or any courier

You must contact the carrier to file a claim.

📬 Pickup Orders

All pickup orders must be retrieved within 48 hours of scheduled pickup time.

Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.
