Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and offer three flat-rate shipping options.

Processing Time

Orders take 1–3 business days to process.

 

 Shipping Rates

• Small Items (1–5 business days): $4.99
• Medium Items (3–7 business days): $8.99
• Large Items (5–10 business days): $12.99

You will receive a tracking number once your label is printed.

 

📮 Incorrect Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

 No Free Shipping

At this time, Heart of Creation LLC does not offer free shipping.

Pickup Locations (Uptown New Orleans)

Pickup is available at:

• Louisiana Avenue Post Office
• New Orleans Police Department – 6th District

Pickup hours: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Mondays-Fridays, and Saturdays 1p.m.-3p.m.

Please message us through your order page to confirm time & location.

💬 Pickup Requirements

You must bring:

• Your name
• Order number
• A photo ID

🚗 Local Delivery Fees

If you prefer to meet instead of pickup:

• Same-Day Delivery: $15
• Next-Day Delivery: $10
  Minimum order: $25

Delivery radius: Up to 7 miles

 

⏰ Missed Pickup

 

If you miss your pickup time and do not reschedule within 24 hours, the order will be marked as fulfilled. No refunds.
